I call the course “Mystical You”, an introduction to Shamanism.

Shamanic practices are useful for people seeking meaning and purpose in their lives. Practicing Shamanism can help you heal, develop spiritually, and live more authentically with our planet and bring alignment with your life purpose.

At its core, Shamanism is about wisdom and knowledge. 

It involves achieving altered states of consciousness to perceive alternate realities, which is knowing as ‘Shamanic Journeying’, and interacting with the energies and spirits that exist in different planes of our world. 

Shamans believe that everything has a spirit or soul, perception, and intelligence; this belief is central to the practice, so we Love our Planet and all her inhabitants.

To help you achieve an altered state of consciousness I use a rhythmic drum beat, this relaxes the brain into a theta state, and is the method used by most shamanic cultures.

Shamanism is compatible with a wide range of belief systems, as it’s not tied to any religion.

Shamanism is considered one of the oldest healing traditions in the world; and can probably be traced back to early humans. So the traditions of Shamanism stretch back through the millennia, and the reason it’s still around is because it’s adaptable. 

It’s a practice that can fit different lifestyles, trends, and approaches and can fit into yours.

We live in an exciting & tumultuous time, where many of us are remembering our Mystical-self, so it is no surprise that we are seeing a surge of interest in Shamanic practice, especially as it offers spiritual healing and a way of making sense of the world that’s hard to find through other means.

I would Love to assist you in starting this beautiful practice, and that is why I created the course ‘Mystical You’, to awaken the Mystic in you and start you on the road to remembering your Mystical Skills
