Do you often feel drained of energy, do you feel that some environments are like Vampires of your Energy and you have to spend days recovering? Do you often just feel tired for no reason?
I’ve been there for hours, days, weeks, and months sometimes.
I recently learned a beautiful ritual that you can do each morning or whenever you feel the need, daily is IDEAL!
We all have a certain amount of personal energy.
And we each know intuitively what charges us up.
And what drains us down.
The charging up part is KEY.
There is the analogy of the Tea Cup and the TEA sharing.
FILL your CUP to the BRIM for YOURSELF.
And allow the others to drink from the OVERFLOW that collects in the saucer under the cup.
How often do we ever FILL ourselves up!
RARELY I’d day, how about you?
The OTHER great thing about being FULL UP
IS that NOTHING else can get in!
WHEN you FILL a cup with TEA to the Brim nothing else can get into the CUP, if it is poured in, little mixes in, and the rest flows over the edge.
SO the ritual goes like this: Read and/or play the VIDEO above.
As with all rituals, it's GREAT to stand barefooted on the EARTH { no worries if you can’t }.
IDEALLY, do this in the morning.
FACE where the SUNRISES{ if doesn’t have to be shining } which is EAST.
IF it is shining look at it indirectly { not directly, as you’ll blind yourself }
AND put your palms facing the SUN { however, feels right to you & whether shining or not }
STAND and feel the SUN’s ENERGY on your FACE and PALMS
FEEL it's ENERGY CHARGING you UP!
AND IMAGINE FIRE Warmth.
STAND collecting this divine SUN ENERGY for s long as you NEED.
NEXT slowly and with Purpose TURN CLOCKWISE 1/4 of a turn.
YOU are facing THE SOUTH.
Imagine now WATER.
Imagine WATER Filling you up like the TEA Cup to the Brim and OVERFLOWING.
Feel CLEANSED.
STAND and FEEL the SOUTH & WATER cleansing and filling you UP.
FOR AS LONG as you NEED.
NEXT slowly and with Purpose TURN CLOCKWISE 1/4 of a turn.
YOU are facing THE WEST.
WHERE the SUN Sets after a day shining on us on EARTH.
Imagine now a connection to the EARTH.
FEEL Like you FEET grow many roots.
THOSE roots have now grown deep into the EARTH.
YOU FEEL Grounded and CONNECTED to EARTH.
Imagine and FEEL the beautiful EARTH energy coming up the ROOTS.
Through the soles of your FEET.
CHARGING you UP with Positive EARTH Energy.
STAND and FEEL the WEST & EARTH grounding you and filling you UP.

YOU are facing THE NORTH
Imagine now a connection to the AIR and WIND around you
FEEL Like you could float & fly on the WIND.
YOU FEEL Light and Airy.
BREATHE deeply into the lungs and fill the with CLEAN Crisp AIR.
FEEL fully OXYGENATED and ALIVE.
STAND and FEEL the NORTH & AIR.
Giving you WINGS and filling you UP.
FOR AS LONG as you NEED.
When DONE
FEEL TOTALLY FILLED UP
VIBRANT and OVERFLOWING with ENERGY
GO into your DAY
F U L L
Nothing can muddy your ENERGY
Nothing can vampire your ENERGY
FEED those who demand your ENERGY
